What happens in a session
An energy harmonization session is designed to create a calm, supportive environment where the body, mind, and spirit can relax and reconnect with their natural sense of balance.
The session typically begins with a brief conversation to understand your intentions, needs, or areas of focus. You will then be invited to lie comfortably, fully clothed, in a quiet and relaxing space.
In order to maximize the benefits of energy harmonization, it is recommended that you wear light colour clothing of all natural fibers and you will be asked to remove jewelry and any metal objects such as glasses, watches and belts containing metal.
During the session, the practitioner may use gentle energy techniques such as Reiki to encourage the natural flow of energy and promote balance. Complementary tools like crystals, tuning forks, and essential oils may also be incorporated to enhance relaxation, support energetic alignment, and create a soothing atmosphere.
Many people experience a deep sense of calm, lightness, or tingling sensations as energy pathways are encouraged to flow more freely. Some people may experience heat on some parts of their body where there are not external sources of heat that will come in close proximity to the body. Each session is guided by intention, and after the experience, there is usually time to rest and reflect on any insights or sensations.
Energy harmonization is used as a complementary wellness practice to support relaxation, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
